We have identified that the upgrade to Elements Agent for Mac 24.1.51782 is unable to remove Elements Agent for Mac 23.2 automatically if the setting "Allow user to uninstall the product" is disabled.

The root cause of the problem has been identified and fixed will be applied in the next release of agent for Mac.
