Investigating
We're aware of an issue affecting the Firewall settings view in Elements Security Center. Under "WithSecure firewall profiles," existing firewall profiles are not being displayed — the list appears empty, and related tables may show blank or missing rows.
We've identified that the firewall profile data isn't being returned correctly to the interface, which is why existing profiles fail to load. Our team is actively working on a fix and validating it in our staging environment before rolling it out to production.
We understand this may affect your ability to review or manage firewall profiles, and we appreciate your patience while we work to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.
